We offer a limited quantity of custom cuts

Do you want to customize your 1/2 lamb portion?  Bone in or boneless?  Whole or half roasts?  Grind, chops, kabob, or stew?

Pre-orders require a $100 non-refundable deposit per each 1/2 lamb portion
